The Hermanos Aguilera family have roots deeply embedded in the West Valley, a renowned coffee-growing region in Costa Rica. They transitioned into speciality coffee production more than 15 years ago, having grown coffee for over 60 years. They’ve earned consistent recognition in the prestigious Cup of Excellence competitions, thanks to their focus on producing over 35 unique coffee varieties and also experimental processes alongside more traditional ones.
